Ramelaji
Ramelaji is the head strength and conditioning coach at IRIS Fitness Studio with over 7 years of experience training women exclusively. She holds a Diploma in Sports Science and is certified as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Women's Fitness Specialist. She has trained over 300 women in Madurai in barbell training, powerlifting fundamentals, and progressive overload programming specifically designed around female physiology, menstrual cycles, and hormonal health.

Pavithra
Pavithra is a certified Functional Training Coach at IRIS Fitness Studio specializing in functional movement patterns that translate to improved daily life strength and independence. With 3 years of experience and certification in Functional Training and Rehabilitation, she conducts Functional Movement Screenings (FMS) to identify imbalances and designs corrective exercise programs. Her expertise in mobility training and injury prevention makes her the go-to coach for women recovering from sedentary lifestyles or dealing with joint stiffness and postural issues.

Shobika
Shobika is IRIS Fitness Studio's Body Transformation and Medical-Aware Training Specialist. She holds certifications as a Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist, with focused expertise in conditions common among Indian women including PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), thyroid disorders, and post-pregnancy recovery. Her training programs account for hormonal fluctuations, medical limitations, and metabolic conditions, making fitness accessible and safe for women with health considerations.
Hajira
Hajira is a certified Floor Trainer at IRIS Fitness Studio dedicated to guiding new members through their fitness journey with patience and care. She specializes in proper exercise form and technique, ensuring every woman โ especially beginners โ performs movements safely and effectively. She assists with equipment orientation, designs beginner-friendly workout routines, and provides warm-up and cool-down protocols to prevent injury.

Hepzi
Hepzi is the Studio Manager at IRIS Fitness Studio responsible for the day-to-day operations, member relations, and overall customer experience. She ensures every member โ from first-time visitors to long-term members โ receives personalized attention and support. She manages scheduling, facilities, and coordinates with the training team to deliver a seamless gym experience.
